Nomination Forms (team sheets) must be submitted prior to the commencement of the tournament. Any team who has not submitted their nomination forms before their first game will be subject to loss of points and or disqualification from the competition. In the event that a player is added into the team on the day (prior to kick-off of first game) the coach/manager must submit an updated nomination form to the Centre Administrator. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit result for games in which those in-eligible players participate.
Any player found to be breaching these rules will class as an automatic disqualification from the competition.
Players not entered on the nomination form at the time the games commence, will be deemed ineligible to participate in any game that day.
The name of any suspended player will appear on the score sheet of the game that the player is suspended. The word ‘suspended’ will appear beside the payer’s name. Players are only permitted to nominate and play in one team only within the same age group. Any player found breaching these guidelines will be expelled from the tournament.
